Delivery Policy

Conference and events tickets will be delivered online only upon booking the event. You should always ensure that the email address provided is correct. Tickets will be processed and emailed within 24 hours of the booking payment received.

Restrictions

Normal post is not a permitted delivery option if you do not have an email address.

Cancellation Policy

Aegis Business Solutions Limited’s Events and Conference and Return Policy is as follows:

Registrant Cancellation: If the registrant would like to cancel his tickets, a cancellation fee will be incurred in the amount of TT$540 or US$80. All refunds will be returned by way of credit card. No cash refunds will be conducted. There will be no refund granted if the cancellation is done 30 days or less prior to the event. Aegis will accommodate a name change once done within 14 days of the event.

Aegis Cancellation: At any point, Aegis Business Solutions Limited reserves the right to cancel a conference. As a courtesy, any advance material sent to the registrant can be kept at no charge for the inconvenience. Aegis Business Solutions Limited is not responsible for any charge incurred by the registrant for flights or hotels booked and/or paid for or any transportation arrangements or ay related expenses or losses incurred as a result of the cancellation of the conference. By registering for any live conference and event, the registrant agrees to these terms and policies.
