Ricardo Fraser

Mr. Ricardo Fraser is a practicing Auditor, Data Scientist and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) professional. As the managing director and principal consultant of ACE Strategic Solutions, which he founded in 2006, Mr. Fraser has led several enterprise systems integration projects, developed turnkey industrial applications for the energy sector and designed solutions for the mobile commerce and e-commerce space. Mr. Fraser holds a degree in Mathematics and Computer Science (1st class honours), the Henley Executive MBA focused on Finance and ERM, is a Certified Reliability Engineer and a Certified Information Systems Auditor. To this extent, Mr. Fraser has extensive experience and knowledge of a variety of enterprise risks topics and statistical risk modelling approaches including cyber security; operations, reliability and ICT risk; corporate governance and internal controls; fraud analytics and risk response strategies, including property and casualty insurance.

In order to add another dimension to his risk management repertoire, Mr. Fraser is pursuing studies to qualify as a Chartered Enterprise Risk Actuary with the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, UK.

Mr. Fraser has lectured at several tertiary level and professional institutions. He has a 100% scientific publication record and has presented his work internationally at several respected conferences.

Mr. Fraser also volunteers his time and resources to various community interest projects and is past Governance Regulatory Advocated on the ISACA TT Board. He is passionate about motivating children to do creative writing. His own creative writing works evoke imagination through storytelling in poetic form with themes of nature and moral values.
